    A low-impact, full-body class that builds core strength, stability, and mobility while improving posture and body awareness. Modifications make it accessible for all levels.

  • Yoga

    A grounding, all-levels practice that builds strength and flexibility through breath and intentional movement. Improve mobility, reduce stress, and leave feeling more connected to your body.

  • Flow

    A dynamic, breath-led practice with creative transitions and modern beats that builds strength, mobility, and heat. Best for students with some yoga experience who want to sweat, move, and be challenged.

  • Unwind

    Where Yin meets Restorative. A slow, grounding practice with longer holds and supported poses designed to ease stress, release tension, improve mobility, and deeply relax. All levels welcome.

  • Slow Flow

    A slower-paced flow with longer holds and intentional transitions, giving you time to settle into each pose. Build strength, improve mobility, release tension, and leave feeling calmer and more connected. All levels welcome.

  • Stretch+Release

    A gentle, floor-based class using stretching and mindful movement to release tension and improve mobility. Move slowly, create more space in the body, and leave feeling open, restored, and refreshed. Beginner friendly.

  • Avita Yoga

    A gentle, joint-centered practice designed to improve mobility, support joint health, and restore freedom of movement. All levels welcome.
