  • Mandy Froehlich

    FOUNDER, RYT-500, PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Mandy is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, experienced Pilates instructor, and curious wellness seeker with over 20 years as a personal trainer. Her journey began with a master’s degree in exercise science and has since evolved through working with thousands of clients, blending science, movement, and mindfulness into everything she teaches.

    Each class Mandy leads is rooted in thoughtful alignment, breath, and body awareness—always with a touch of humor to keep things grounded. Her style strikes a balance between structure and play, empowering every BODY to move with confidence and joy.

    She’s endlessly grateful to the teachers who have lit her path: Gina Caputo, Sarah Kucera, John Salisbury, Anton Mackey, Liz Klug, Amanda Jesse, and Theresa Hubbard.

  • Lindsay Marchand

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Lindsay is a certified Pilates instructor with a deep passion for helping others discover the transformative benefits of a consistent Pilates practice. What began as a personal love for movement and alignment has evolved into a mission to guide others toward a deeper connection between body and mind.

    Known for her authenticity and heart-forward approach, Lindsay creates a space where vulnerability is welcomed and healing can begin. She’s a strong advocate for body positivity and encourages students to build a kind, empowered relationship with their bodies. Her classes aim to align not just the spine—but the soul.

    Cara has spent years walking the yogic path, deeply attuned to both the challenges and the quiet joys it brings. With a deep respect for the uniqueness of every body, her teaching is rooted in gentle, intentional guidance that invites students to embrace their individuality.

    Her classes weave together the structure of Ashtanga, the grace of Vinyasa, and the softness of slow flow—creating a well-rounded experience that cultivates strength, mobility, and mindfulness. But beyond the postures, Cara sees yoga as a sacred journey of self-awareness and self-acceptance.

    Lindsey discovered yoga 11 years ago after leaving a demanding corporate career—and it changed everything. What began as a physical challenge soon became a powerful tool for healing. Through consistent practice, she experienced improved energy, hormone balance, and a deeper sense of peace in her body. Now, she’s passionate about helping others feel strong, empowered, and at home in their own skin.

    A mother of two and the owner of Lindsey Barnett Fitness and Training, Lindsey brings a well-rounded, holistic approach to wellness. She’s a Certified NASM Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist with a focus on pelvic floor and core restoration. She also holds certifications in Holistic Nutrition, Health and Wellness Coaching (AFPA), and Barre (NETA).

    Lindsey is deeply passionate about women’s health and continues to expand her knowledge in hormone balance and integrative healing. Her mission is simple: to help women feel strong, supported, and whole—inside and out.

  • Allison Hanson

    RYT-500, PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Allison discovered yoga in college and was immediately drawn to the connection between mind, body, and energy. Rooted in Himalayan Hatha Yoga, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Omaha, Nebraska, under the guidance of Susi Amendola. Her practice has continued to evolve ever since, fueled by a love of learning, a sense of community, and a desire for inner peace.

    Also a certified Mat Pilates instructor, Allison brings her upbeat energy and vibey playlists to every class she teaches. Her Pilates sessions are dynamic, engaging, and designed to help you move with strength and ease.

    To Allison, yoga is a journey of self-awareness, self-love, and transformation. She believes that when we soften the body and still the mind, we create space for healing, clarity, and joy to naturally arise

    eRYT-200, SCULPT INSTRUCTOR

    A lifelong athlete and marathon runner, Mollie first turned to yoga as a way to stretch, recover, and stay balanced while training for races. Her love for movement and passion for helping others naturally led her to become a Yoga Sculpt instructor, where she found her true calling—guiding students to feel strong, push their limits, and have fun, all in just one hour.

    Mollie’s classes are high-energy, uplifting, and welcoming to every fitness level. Her goal is simple: for you to leave feeling empowered, joyful, and proud of what your body can do.

    RYT-250

    Jeanene is a seasoned teacher with over 20 years of experience and a 250-hour Yoga Teacher Certification. Passionate about mental health and holistic wellness, she empowers her students to find grounding, clarity, and strength through their yoga practice.

    With a warm and encouraging presence, Jeanene guides students toward greater self-confidence, balance, and body awareness—helping them create a practice that supports both mind and body.

  • Shelley Hanson

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR, PT-ACE

    With over 13 years in the fitness industry, Shelley Hanson brings a wealth of experience, heart, and passion to every class she leads. She began her journey as an ACE-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, guided by the belief that strength is the foundation for living well—at any age.

    Shelley is certified in Mat Pilates and is thrilled to be teaching at The Practice, where she shares the many benefits of this mindful, transformative movement. She loves how Pilates strengthens the core, improves mobility, and deepens the mind-body connection—helping people feel better from the inside out.

    Her mission is to help others build confidence and resilience in their bodies so they can move through life with power, ease, and grace. Outside the studio, you’ll find her enjoying nature, walking her two dogs, spending time with loved ones, and embracing a life rooted in gratitude and joy. For Shelley, movement isn’t just about fitness—it’s a way of living fully and aging vibrantly.

  • Annie Walsh

    Annie began practicing yoga in college as a way to manage chronic pain after a car accident. What started as a path to healing quickly became a lifelong journey of growth and self-discovery. In 2017, after nearly two decades of personal study, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Ellen Niedringhaus, Sarah Edwards (Bluebird Yoga), and Candace Glass (Southtown Yoga).

    Since then, Annie has deepened her studies in Ayurveda, Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, YogaHour, and Yoga Nidra. Her practice continues to evolve under the influence of inspiring teachers like Gina Caputo, Marti Lee, Kathleen Kastner, Sarah Kucera, and Henna Fuller.

    Annie’s classes are alignment-driven, breath-focused, and rooted in the timeless wisdom of yoga. She invites students to move with presence, purpose, and ease—supporting well-being in daily life and for years to come.
