Class Descriptions

  • Pilates (All Levels)

This all-levels-friendly Pilates class focuses on building a strong mind-muscle connection. Mat Pilates is a low-impact workout designed to strengthen muscle groups and improve core stability. Performed on a mat, it can be easily modified for any age, body type, or fitness level. Occasionally, we’ll incorporate equipment like resistance bands, balls, and blocks to enhance your practice. The benefits of this class include improved posture, flexibility, core strength, and greater body awareness.

  • Stretch + Release (Gentle)

This beginner-friendly, floor-based practice is slow, soothing, and meditative, designed to downregulate the nervous system and help the body relax. We’ll focus on improving mobility and stretching by gently guiding the body to release tension through safe, progressive movements. The benefits of this practice include enhanced mobility and is a perfect addition to any routine, helping you move better and feel more at ease in your body.

  • Slow Flow (All Levels)

This all-levels-friendly class offers a slower pace, allowing you to explore fewer poses than a typical flow class. Each pose is held for longer, giving you the opportunity to take several rounds of breath and fully settle into the stretch. The benefits of this practice include a deep sense of peace as it calms both the body and mind.

  • Yoga (All Levels)

This all-levels-friendly class is designed to guide you through the fundamentals of yoga at a relaxed pace. We focus on breathing, alignment, and breaking down poses to help you develop a deeper understanding of your body. The class includes both standing poses and a generous amount of floor-based work. The benefits of this practice include stress reduction, enhanced strength, and improved flexibility.

  • Unwind (Very Gentle)

This all-levels-friendly practice uses restorative, floor-based seated and reclined postures to help unwind tension and stress stored in the body. The thoughtfully sequenced stretches guide you on a journey of relaxation, with gentle prompts to hold each posture and give your body time to fully release. The benefits of this practice include reduced stress and anxiety, a calm and balanced mind and body, improved circulation, enhanced flexibility, and better connective tissue health.

  • Flow (Intermediate)

This modern vinyasa flow helps you get out of your head and into your body through breath-led sequences that build strength, mobility, and a little heat. Set to modern beats, you’ll move with intention through creative transitions and clear cueing, with options to meet you where you are. Expect to sweat a bit, feel challenged in a supportive way, and leave feeling lighter, more centered, and fully back in your body.

  • Yoga Nidra (Zero Effort)

Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is an ancient technique designed to guide you into a state of conscious relaxation. The class begins with gentle, beginner-friendly, floor-based stretching to help you connect with your body. We’ll then transition into a comfortable position using props, creating a space for deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a systematic process that shifts our awareness from the external world to our inner experience, focusing on different parts of the body to promote deep relaxation. For this class, feel free to bring anything that helps you feel extra comfortable, like a pillow or blanket. While we provide blankets and bolsters, you're welcome to bring your own cozy items from home.

  • Yogalates (All Levels)

This all-levels-friendly class offers the best of both worlds! Enjoy 30 minutes of mat Pilates followed by 30 minutes of deep, soothing stretches inspired by yoga—guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and balanced!

  • Pilates Foundations+Stretch (Beginner)

This beginner-friendly class is the perfect place to start—or restart your Pilates journey. You’ll learn the essentials of movement, breath, and alignment while developing the awareness and control that make Pilates so effective.

Expect a slower pace that gives you time to feel each exercise, refine your form, and connect to your core. We’ll blend strength and stretch to leave your body feeling open, balanced, and supported.

Benefits: better posture, more flexibility, a stronger core, and a deeper connection to how you move.

  • Somatic Yoga (All Levels)

When we experience trauma, our bodies remember. That memory can show up as tension, pain, or disconnection—often felt in the hips, back, and shoulders. Somatic Yoga series invites you to meet your body with self-awareness, compassion, and mindfulness.

Through slow, intentional movement, mindful attention, and the power of breath, you’ll explore how the body holds emotion and how gentle, deliberate practice can help release what’s been stored. Together, we’ll create a safe space to restore balance, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of wholeness.

  • Avita Yoga (All Levels)

Avita Yoga is a healing practice designed to restore mobility, reduce pain, and bring balance to the body and mind. Unlike traditional flow or strength-based yoga, Avita uses gentle, targeted shapes held with mindful awareness to reach deep layers of restriction in the joints and connective tissues.

Through the combination of breath, gravity, and time, this practice helps release long-held tension, calm the nervous system, and create freedom where the body feels stuck. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and reconnected — not from pushing harder, but by softening into what your body truly needs.

Perfect for: anyone seeking relief from stiffness, chronic tension, or pain; ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
