  • Yoga Nidra

    Intensity: None

    Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply relaxing practice designed to calm the body and mind. Class begins with gentle, floor based stretching before settling into a comfortable, supported position for guided relaxation. Props are provided, but feel free to bring a pillow or blanket to make your experience even cozier.

  • Unwind

    Intensity: None

    This all levels, floor based class uses restorative seated and reclined postures to help release tension and calm the nervous system. Slow, supported stretches give the body time to fully relax while improving flexibility, circulation, and overall ease in the body.

  • Avita Yoga

    Intensity: Less

    Avita Yoga is a gentle, healing practice designed to improve mobility, reduce tension, and help the body feel more balanced and supported. Using mindful shapes, breath, and longer holds, this class helps release restriction in the joints and connective tissue while calming the nervous system. Perfect for all levels, especially those experiencing stiffness, tension, or pain.

  • Somatic Yoga

    Somatic Yoga is a gentle, mindful practice designed to help release tension and reconnect you with your body. Through slow movement, breath, and awareness, you’ll support nervous system regulation, improve mobility, and create a greater sense of ease and balance.

  • Stretch + Release

    Intensity: Less

    This beginner friendly, floor based class is slow, calming, and designed to help the body relax and release tension. Through gentle stretching and mindful movement, you’ll improve mobility, move with more ease, and support nervous system regulation.

  • Pilates

    Intensity: Moderate

    This all levels Pilates class focuses on building strength, stability, and body awareness through mindful movement. Mat Pilates is a low impact workout designed to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and the mind muscle connection. Classes may include props like resistance bands, balls, and blocks, and movements can be modified for all fitness levels.

  • Yoga

    This all levels class introduces the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive, slower paced environment. You’ll focus on breath, alignment, and learning poses with both standing and floor based movement. Benefits include reduced stress, improved flexibility, and increased strength.

  • Yogalates

    This all levels class combines the best of Pilates and yoga. Enjoy 30 minutes of mat Pilates followed by 30 minutes of deep, relaxing stretches designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and refreshed.

  • Slow Flow

    Intensity: Moderate

    This all levels class moves at a slower pace, giving you time to settle into each pose with breath and awareness. By holding poses longer, you’ll improve flexibility, release tension, and leave feeling calmer in both body and mind.

  • Flow

    Intensity: Most Intense

    This modern vinyasa flow helps you get out of your head and into your body through breath-led sequences that build strength, mobility, and a little heat. Set to modern beats, you’ll move with intention through creative transitions and clear cueing, with options to meet you where you are. Expect to sweat a bit, feel challenged in a supportive way, and leave feeling lighter, more centered, and fully back in your body.
