    This all levels class brings together the strength of Pilates and the mobility of yoga. Enjoy 30 minutes of mat Pilates followed by 30 minutes of deep, intentional stretching. You’ll build core strength and stability, improve flexibility and mobility, and leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed.

    This heated Pilates class builds strength, stability, and body awareness through contemporary Pilates movement. Expect to work up a sweat while improving core strength, posture, flexibility, and the mind-muscle connection. Classes may include resistance bands, balls, and blocks, with options and modifications to meet you where you are.

Yoga

  • Avita Yoga

    Intensity: Less

    Avita Yoga is a gentle, healing practice designed to improve mobility, reduce tension, and help the body feel more balanced and supported. Using mindful shapes, breath, and longer holds, you’ll work to release restriction in the joints and connective tissue. Perfect for all levels, especially those experiencing stiffness, tension, or pain.

    This all levels class introduces the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive, slower paced environment. You’ll focus on breath, alignment, and learning poses through both standing and floor based movement. Expect to build strength and flexibility, reduce stress, and leave feeling more connected to your body.

  • Slow Flow

    Intensity: Moderate

    This all levels class moves at a slower pace, giving you time to settle into each pose with breath and awareness. With longer holds and intentional transitions, you’ll improve flexibility and mobility, release tension, and build strength while leaving feeling calmer and more connected to your body.

  • Flow

    Intensity: Most Intense

    This modern vinyasa class uses breath-led sequences, creative transitions, and modern beats to build strength, mobility, and a little heat. Clear cueing and options allow you to meet your body where it is. Expect to sweat, feel challenged in a supportive way, and leave feeling lighter and more centered.

Restore

  • Unwind

    Intensity: None

    This all levels, floor based class uses restorative seated and reclined postures to help the body fully relax and release tension. Slow, supported stretches give you time to settle into each shape while improving flexibility, circulation, and overall ease in both body and mind.

  • Stretch + Release

    Intensity: Less

    This beginner friendly, floor based class uses gentle stretching and mindful movement to help release tension and improve mobility. With a slow, calming pace, you’ll create more space and ease in the body while supporting relaxation and leaving feeling more open, restored, and refreshed.

  • Myofascial Release

    Intensity: Less

    This all levels class uses Tune Up Therapy Balls and guided self-massage to target common areas of tension throughout the body. Gentle pressure works into the fascia and areas stretching alone may not reach, helping release tightness, improve mobility, and support recovery and relaxation. Therapy balls are provided.
