Mandy Froehlich

Mandy Froehlich, MS, has been teaching Pilates since 2003 and brings over two decades of experience to her role as a teacher trainer. With thousands of hours teaching students both in person and online, Mandy is known for her clear, intelligent instruction and her deep understanding of anatomy, breathwork, and movement mechanics. A teacher of teachers, she combines her academic background with real-world expertise to guide aspiring instructors in building strong foundations, confident teaching skills, and a passion for sharing the power of Pilates with others.

Lindsay Marchand

Lindsay Marchand is a seasoned Pilates instructor and has been with The Practice since day one. As Studio Manager and lead Pilates instructor, she brings years of teaching experience, an exceptional eye for movement, and a passion for helping people move with greater strength, confidence, and ease.

Known for her calm, approachable teaching style and attention to detail, Lindsay has a unique ability to recognize the subtle movement patterns that others often miss. Her thoughtful cueing and individualized approach help students move more efficiently, feel more balanced, and leave class feeling their very best.

As a teacher trainer, Lindsay mentors Pilates instructors from across the Kansas City area, helping them build strong movement foundations, refine their teaching skills, and develop the confidence to become exceptional instructors.
