Yoga Teacher Training 2027

Study, Practice & Transformation

At the heart of yoga is Abhyāsa (अभ्यास), the Sanskrit word for consistent, dedicated practice. It's also the philosophy at the heart of The Practice.

Designed for aspiring teachers, experienced teachers, and curious students alike, this school-year-long journey invites you to explore the depths of yoga through monthly immersive weekends.

Together, we'll explore:

  • Yoga Philosophy & History: Ancient wisdom and its relevance to modern life.

  • Anatomy & Biomechanics: Alignment, movement science, and intentional practice.

  • Breathwork & Pranayama: The connection between breath, body, and mind.

  • Nervous System & Somatic Awareness: Cultivating regulation, resilience, and greater awareness.

  • Meditation & Self-Inquiry: Exploring the deeper layers of who we are.

  • The Art of Teaching: Sequencing, cueing, adaptations, and authentic instruction.

  • Living Your Yoga: Bringing the teachings of yoga beyond the mat and into everyday life.

A transformative year of study, reflection, and community, rooted in the understanding that yoga is a lifelong practice of learning and becoming.

Whether you aspire to teach, are already a teacher and want to explore new depths of understanding or simply feel called to go deeper, this journey is for you.
