Monthly Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep. It's an ancient technique used to guide students into a conscious relaxation state. The class will begin with beginner friendly, floor based stretching to get into our bodies. Then we will transition to a comfortable position using props. Yoga Nidra is a systematic approach to move our awareness from external to internal. We take our attention to different parts of the body and consciously focus on deeply relaxing. For this class, please bring anything that will help you be more comfortable, a pillow or blanket. We do have blankets, bolsters but know you might have something to help you feel extra comfortable from home.

Breathwork for Release

Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools we have access to with the ability to create massive shifts in our lives. Circular-Connected or Conscious Connected Breath is a way to tap into our subconscious mind and unlock new possibilities within our lives. This type of healing is a "bottom-up" approach to reach deep into our bodies, helping to gain clarity, clear limiting beliefs, release trauma and repressed/suppressed emotions, and chronic stress or health ailments. Through addressing the body, you can breathe through childhood fears, grief, anger, address resistance and self-doubts, or allow in a little joy, pleasure and lightness. It is truly a transformational experience.

Sound Bath Experiences

While you settle into restorative poses, you will be immersed in the harmonious sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, a crystal harp, Tibetan bowls, and wind instruments. The sounds and vibrations from these instruments are designed to resonate deeply with mind, body and soul--facilitating relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance.
