Yoga Teacher Mentorship
Bridge the gap between certification and confident teaching
In this 2-month immersive mentorship, you will walk away with:
• The skills and confidence to lead yoga classes with clarity, presence, and purpose
A strong foundation in breath-led cueing, somatic awareness, and alignment-informed teaching
A deeper understanding of yoga philosophy as lived experience, woven naturally into practice rather than taught as lecture
Practical tools for sequencing, cueing, and adapting classes for real students, real bodies, and real classrooms
Hands-on teaching experience with individualized feedback, observation, and mentorship
A supportive community of fellow teachers, along with resources and guidance to support your continued growth
Whether you are newly certified or have been teaching for years, this mentorship is designed to bridge the gap between training and confident, embodied teaching. You will move into teaching that is responsive, grounded, and authentic.
This is not about becoming a different teacher. It is about becoming more yourself — with clarity, confidence, and integrity.

This mentorship is a good fit for teachers who…
Have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and value continuing education
Approach their teaching with a beginner’s mind and a genuine openness to learning
Are committed to lifelong growth, refinement, and evolution as teachers
Want feedback, mentorship, and real-world guidance to deepen their skills
Care more about depth, presence, and integrity than performance or perfection
Are curious, reflective, and willing to question their habits and assumptions
Want to teach from embodiment, breath, and awareness
See teaching as a practice that develops over time, not a box to check
Value quality instruction and meaningful student experiences
Are invested in becoming thoughtful, responsive, and well-rounded teachers
This mentorship is NOT a good fit for teachers who…
Are looking for a fast certification, title, or credential
Believe your 200-hour training was the end of your learning
Are not open to feedback, mentorship, or self-reflection
Prefer rigid scripts, memorized sequences, or choreography-only teaching
Are more interested in performance, trends, or social media presence than student experience
Want a one-size-fits-all approach rather than adaptive, responsive teaching
Are uncomfortable slowing down or working with nuance and subtlety
Expect shortcuts instead of practice, repetition, and integration
Are not willing to examine your habits, language, or teaching patterns
Are looking for validation rather than growth
This mentorship is for teachers who want to do the work and become the kind of embodied, attentive educators that truly elevate the student experience.
Becoming a skilled yoga teacher is a meaningful step right now. As studios and communities look for instructors who can offer thoughtful, well-held classes, the need is not for more teachers, but for better-prepared, more embodied ones. With flexible teaching opportunities, deep personal fulfillment, and yoga continuing to evolve as an essential practice for regulation, movement, and connection, teaching yoga can be a sustainable and impactful path in the wellness space.
